Greetings esteemed Cacher!

We are contacting you today to ask for your help with a small problem. One of our agents has uncovered some information that appears to lead to a secret location referred to only as “the cache”. We are unsure what is contained in this cache, but if our enemies are interested in finding it, it must be important. As we have no other agents in this area, we are calling on you to find this cache to determine it’s purpose and report back to base. We have uncovered some information that may be of some help in completing this mission.

• Your journey should start at the above coordinates. But, all information appears to point to this as only being the first step in acquiring the cache.
• When you find this location, follow the directions to the next stage.
• The agent we captured had an “Anthus Decoder Geocoin” but quickly destroyed it during his capture. We believe this is the key to finding this hidden cache. If you can acquire one of these coins, it would surely aid you in this quest, although it is not mandatory you have one.

The “Anthus Decoder Cache” is a 3 stage multi-cache. All 3 stages are in green metal ammo cans. If you have found or otherwise acquired an “Anthus Decoder Geocoin” it will allow you to bypass the second stage and proceed directly from the first stage to the final stage.

The cache is located in a state park. There are some steep cliffs along the trail, but the cache is not located in any dangerous area. Please use caution in these areas and watch the little ones closely!

This is a sensitive natural area. Some of the trees in the back part of this trail are over 300 years old! Please respect the area!
I also highly recommend picking up a trail map at the park office, and learning about the area as you search!

This is the first cache we’ve placed. We hope you enjoy it! If you have any suggestions to make it better, we’d love to hear them!

Initial contents of the cache include:
FTF Prize - Your very own Anthus Decoder Coin (Gold LE Version)
Pittsburgh Pirates Knit Hat
Bottle Opener

Keychain Measuring Tape
Toy Dog
Crazy Monkey Travel Bug
