This cache is 1 of 3 I have placed on the Plym Valley Cycle Path.
Nearby is a Folly which is part of the Saltram House Estate. There are a couple of benches on the grassy area in front of the Folly.
When the tide is out a large area of mud is exposed on which a large variety of birds can be seen feeding.
Parking is available at the following locations but limited
N 50.22.143 W 004.06.077
N 50.23.309 W 004.04.551
Parking is also available at Saltram House but this is N.T. and has to be paid for.
The GPS reading is an average of 10 taken as the readings were slightly erratic at the time.
GPS readings seem to be variable here. Some cachers have found with no problem, others up to 20m off. Please read/take clue with you.
Area can be very busy, especially at weekends
