Geocache Description:

This is a mulit-cache located in Bourne, MA.

Burying Hill was the site of the first meeting house for Indiand in Plymouth Colony. It was established by Richard Bourne and Thomas Tupper soon after their establishment in Sandwich in 1637. Burying Hill, above the town, embraces about eight acres, and is reportedly filled with ancient graves and memorial stones.
