Geocache Description:

This is in a wooded area, fairly easy terrain, but you might have a problem getting a decent fix nearby.

Knolls Wood is an area just outside of the village of Heath and Reach.

It is particularly well known locally as "Bluebell Woods" because it is well covered in Bluebells in Spring.
It contains many types of tree including "Monkey Puzzles" (Chilean Pines). These are so called because an Englishman decided they would be too difficult for a Monkey to climb. Although false tales have grown, Monkeys are not in fact native to the area where the Chilean Pine is indigenous.

There are many other types of trees and wildlife including deer which escaped from Woburn in the last century. If you visit this cache in the late evening, you may well see them.

This is my first cache so be gentle with me!
