The Woolwich Fish Run is located on George Wright Rd. in Woolwich. Park at the beginning of the road to the runs, do not go past the cement gate and do not block the gate. The ladder is owned by the town and is part of the Bath Water District. It is located near the town hall.
The herring run for much of the month of May, no fishing! River herring spend most of their lives in the ocean, traveling a journey that stretches as far north as Nova Scotia and as far south as the Carolinas.
During the summer, check out the town swimming area behind the town hall and enjoy.
The cache is a plastic rectangular container.
