Multiple nearby options for parking. Handicapped accessible. Picturesque view of the Houghton lift bridge, and a slightly higher degree of difficulty because of the location.
You up for a stealthy urban hide?
When you get to this little park/pavilion you'll understand what the 'Points North' is referring to. There's a large placard detailing local history - be sure to give it a read.
You'll be looking for a small, relatively well camouflaged, container. Only enough room for a logbook -- bring your own writing utensil.
This is really a 1/1 cache, but because of the possible stealth required to find the cache, I've bumped the difficulty to 2. Solo cachers may have a harder time remaining stealthy -- a small party of cachers would provide more than adequate cover for your search.
