Geocache Description:

Englishman, John Spilsbury, is often credited with inventing the jigsaw puzzle in 1767. He was an engraver and mapmaker. Spilsbury pasted a map of the world onto wood and cut out each country with a jigsaw; thereby, creating the world's first jigsaw puzzle. This device quickly became a teaching tool for geography students because they learned the location of each country as they reassembled the pieces.

This cache involves your technique in solving a jigsaw puzzle. Simply, cut and paste the link into your browser and you're off! (Link updated December 4, 2007)

The listed coordinates are NOT the coordinates of the cache; you'll find those when you solve the puzzle. The location of the cache is such that you will not have to trespass or go through a closed or locked gate. The cache is small in size and contains only a log sheet so bring your own pen. It has room enough for only one geocoin at a time; so please, do not leave other items. And, as always, reseal and rehide the cache in it's proper location.

There is a modest First Finder prize. So, have fun!
