Sunset View Park in Chula Vista. Probably would be nice to come at sunset, I reckon.
Actually below the park, There is a sidewalk on the NW corner of the park that leads down to the cache site. Cache is a black hide-a-key hidden on something black. Should be really obvious once you get there. With some of the graffiti in the area I probably wouldn't do this at night. Call me Chicken.
