This is one of the eight part Bladen Lakes MultiCache. It's in the woods beside Hwy 41. The terrain is open pine woods.
As you are getting close to the cache, look to the right for a very small parking spot.
Horsepn Lake is actually a manmade lake. It's a Carolina Bay, but it was flooded by man. Click on the website provided for a detailed history of the lake.
I couldn't find a legal place to put this cache so it would be real close to the lake because of the gated community that is located between Bay Tree and Horsepen Lake. I got it as close as I could. The lake is just behind these woods.
