Geocache Description:

Navy Road Park Situated at the western end of Fort Pond Bay near Rocky Point, this town park has a parking lot, a deep water dock suitable for fishing, and a rocky beach.

This is a good place for launching kayaks and canoes, and great for walking your dog. Open from sunrise to sunset year round.The cache is hidden near the naval base ruins which are currently being used in mind control experiments,"Word is that this is the current site of the Montauk Project mind control operations. As this is an old military facility and as the Montauk tunnel network definitely connects to this area, it would seem inevitable that the subterranean portions of this base, probably newly enlarged and refurbished, are being utilized for clandestine activities"
