Cache is a decon container located at an old backroad bridge.

It was raining when I did this one, and it brought back memories of oldtimer's Minimum Maintenance cache. This one may be easy for you... or not. No acrobatics required. As a bonus, when at the coordinates, look up. Can you tell me who/what kind of superhero thing that stuffed animal is?!
