Pretty much a drive by, just get out of the car and look for it.
Ammo can with the usual contents, great dollar store stuff. Name comes from the black and white CHP unit that sits at the bottom of the hill with the radar gun pointed towards the tunnel. You have been forewarned! CHP officer happens to be a very nice young man that knows about geocaching and the crazy people that stop along the road side and run into the bushes. He has talked to quite a few geocachers looking for the "Ice Box".
