Geocache Description:

When visiting old cemeteries we are always amazed at the ages of the people that died. You hear that the average age was much lower than it is today. While you’re here, think about that average lifespan of people 150 years ago. We have a theory that many children died at a young age due to childhood diseases and a number of middle aged people died at a younger age due to accidents making the average lower.

Ok to prove the theory. The coordinates will bring you to the Simons family burial plot. Visit the following two gravestones and record the age of death in years (round to the nearest year).

Infant son of Daniel and Eliza Simmons

Asa Simmons

Now calculate the average (add the two ages and then divide by two) Your calculations should be an even number.

Add this number to each the last three digits of the following coordinates:
N41 48.874
W072 13.406
