Geocache Description:

This cache comes courtesy of the 'Slaters of St.Ive' who set a series of cryptic puzzles for local cachers to solve that led to a treasure chest in the very near vicinity of this cache. Being the first to find it we were given the privilege of making it more permanent for all to enjoy, so relocated and named it.

Berry Down is a beautiful area with plenty of natural, historical and archaeological features to enjoy. The nearest parking is approximately 250m away along an easy path (off-road pushchair friendly) N50 29.687 W004 32.352, although there is only space for a couple of cars here. For a slightly longer walk with plenty of parking space park at N50 29.286 W004 32.905.

Although the name suggests the Cache is buried - you should not have to dig or move earth to get it, as it has only been placed beneath a boulder. It is a cliplock box and contains a logbook, pen and the usual swaps.
