Northwest Mystery 2 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

CTReviewer: Greetings from Geocaching.com

I have been looking at caches in the area that have been temporarily disabled for a while now and it looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time I don’t think we can do so any longer. Therefore, I have archived this cache. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

When repairs to this cache are completed and it is time to have it reposted, it will be no problem. Just drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. You will still be able to access your cache page just as before by going to your “My Cache Page” and clicking the link of your cache.

I will be more than happy to take a look at your cache again to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting. I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.

Thanks for your understanding,
CTReviewer

Geocache Description:

This is my new mystery cache in Northwest Park. I feel that it will be a little harder then the first one. There are less overall stages and no more questions during the walk. You will however, encounter a few puzzles along the way that you should be able to solve while on the trail. Overall length of the cache should only take about 2 to 3 hours.

Above coords mean nothing.

Welcome to the wonderful world of hockey. Let’s go over the replay of tonight’s action. It seems the goalie for tonight’s game gave up plenty of goals. First one through came early in the first. The center was set up at the top of the slot and took a great shot that beat the goalie stick side high. About 5 min. later the left winger came in and slipped it by on a break away stick side low. It seemed the offense was not done yet when 48 seconds later the center passed to the right winger for a one timer that beat the goalie right between the legs. From there the right winger 1 min 48 seconds later brought the puck in and scored glove side high. (here is a freebie on some coordinates) It seemed as though the right winger may score 9 goals and the center would have 8 assists (two free numbers!!!).

In the second period the offense started early by the left winger with a quick one time shot going stick side low. It was as though this goalie could stop nothing. About 1 min. and 40 seconds later the defenseman blasted a shot from the blue line that went between the glove and the body of the goalie. The next shot taken was put in by the defensemn glove side low on the goalie. 10 min. later the Center was able to bring it in on a break away and take it stick side high on a flip in. At the end of the 2nd period it was now 8-0.

In the 3rd the offense did not start until the 11:52 left in the period when the left winger slid the puck in low on the glove side. The left winger was able to complete the hat trick. The next shot came 1 min. 18 seconds later when the right winger went short side and put it glove side high to complete his hat trick. 2 min. and 38 seconds later the defenseman takes another blast from the top of the circle and puts it in the exact same spot as his last goal. And to finish off the offense the Center completes his hat trick with 3 min. and 47 seconds left in the game by going glove side high.

Final score was 12-0.
