We decided to give a 4 on both difficulty and terraine for a couple reasons. There are certain spots on the trail that are muddy, steep and slippery. Also know that it is an 11 mile hike 'round trip so bring lots of water :)
We used an ammo box for this cache. We left a log book with a few items like coins, a deck of cards, a Lifehouse pin, a pen, a State Park's patch, puzzle and some other things. This is a large, green ammo box--shouldn't be too hard to miss if you know what you're looking for. Be sure to bring lots of water, an extra shirt (cooler towards the top), and it wouldn't hurt to bring someone along with you.
