Geocache Description:


This was where my Grandparents lived. Highway 11 (Lee Highway) goes from Rouses Point, NY to New Orleans and was the main road for alot of vacationers. People would stop by the springhouse to get a drink of water when traveling through this area. The springhouse is not in good shape anymore however, it holds some great memories for me. My grandparents used it to store and cool milk and my favorite watermelon and was thier source of water. I hope you enjoy this amazing place.
