As many of you already know, NEFGA (The Northeast Florida
Geocaching Association) is a group of folks who love the outdoors
and hold monthly geocaching events which include meet and greets,
camping, geocaching competitions, NEFGA Jeep Club off-roading
adventures, CITO and charitable events to promote geocaching and
friendship within the 12 counties comprising NEFGA.
This weekend several members of NEFGA will be attending
tdjvolk's Wickham Park Meet & Greet event. Geocaching 'legends'
like Paintfiction (a/k/a Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo),
IceCreamMan, legna and sOulbAit, shimski, The Federation and other
folks from every corner of Florida will be invading our territory
and grabbing as many caches as they can find.
Most of you local geocachers have not yet heard of "The
Federation Style" cache hide. This is simply a cache that is
hidden in such a place that you will most likely be seen by dozens
of people while trying to find, log and replace the container.
Therefore, we have placed this cache as an example of The
Federation style hide. You WILL be seen by many folks while trying
to find, log and replace the container. If you are modest, shy or
don't like to be in the spotlight.....DON'T even try to find this
cache.
The cache has been changed to a micro due to loss of habitat.
BYOP.
Good Luck and Have Fun
