Duck, Duck, Goose Traditional Cache

A nice stroll on the towpath in Weissport. Not far off the beaten
path near Lock 8. Park at the coordinates listed in the additional
waypoints section of this page. Difficulty reflects muggle
activity. Best to save for very early or late in the day when
things wind down.
We would like to invite you on a tour of the Lehigh Canal. Lots of
history, wildlife, and activities going on, not to mention some
great views further up the path. This cache is one of 8 placed
along the upper portion of the Lehigh Canal. You can do one, a few,
or the entire tour, which is about 8 miles round trip. This cache
is a small container with a logbook and a pencil. BYOP just in
case. Bring some bread for the ducks, or your fishing pole. Please
enjoy the area! Beware of muggles, ticks, poison, thorns, and
wasps. CITO whenever possible!
