A water feature, that was once utilised for the travelling public.
Drove past 13 April 2007(yes, Friday 13th!) and the toilet block was gone. This was once gravity fed from the waterfall. GONE!
This cache is quite difficult due to the trees coverage in the area, so the hint is quite explicit. It is suggested that you note the direction and distance from out in the open and pace it from there.
There are two lovely waterfalls that you cannot see from the road. Driving past you would not be aware of their presence.
Behind and to the right of the toilet block you will see a a track into the bush area - oops - Toilet block is GONE - mid April 2007
NOW Follow this one, along the stream (which has broken lengths of a black water pipe alongside it - used to gravity feed the old toilet block). DO NOT take the uphill left hand fork at the track entrance. You will come very quickly to the base of the lower waterfall. Backtrack 2 to 3 metres. Cache is within your reach up the bank, behind the fern.
Please ensure this cache is well hidden after replacing. This has already been muggled once, despite it's remote location.
If you are lucky, you might just glimpse the glow worms in the small grotto across the stream, especially at dusk.
