A multi-cache which takes you around Metheringham and Blankney.
The above co-ordinates are not that of the cache. To find the cache, you will need to visit four sites around Blankney and Metheringham and answer some questions. The answers to the questions will give you the missing parts of the final co-ordinates.
The above co-ordinates will lead you to a parking area just outside St. Oswald’s Church grounds in Blankney. This is where you will find the answer to the first question:
1. At what age did Bertha Scoley die?
The answer is inserted into “AA” in the final co-ordinates.
Now proceed to the following co-ordinates where you will find the answer to the second question. Look on the war memorial in Metheringham.

2. How many letters are there in the surname of the person listed directly below
Cpl. W. Dowse?
The answer is inserted into “C” in the final co-ordinates.
Proceed to the next co-ordinates to answer the third question. Look above the door on the old People’s Hall in Metheringham.
(N 53 08.372 W 000 24.020).
3. The date above the door is 1X5Y. Multiply X and Y together.
The answer is inserted into “BB” in the final co-ordinates.
Proceed to the fourth set of co-ordinates to answer the final question. These take you to a car parking area at Blankney Walks, where you will find a map of local walks. There are a number of very nice walks which are set out to encompass the surrounding villages.

4. Which walk number corresponds with Wellingore & Temple Bruer?
The answer is inserted into “D” in the final co-ordinates.
You should now have all of the answers to fill in the missing parts of the final co-ordinates. These will lead you to the cache:

You can walk to the cache from here quite comfortably but if you, or anybody in your party cannot walk very far, I have added an alternative parking area. This is a bit closer to the cache. The co-ordinates for the alternative parking are at: N 53 07.764 W 000 24.015.
