Geocache Description:

Beautiful area. The Waterman's Monument is right in the heart of Kent Island. It is viewable from the Kent Narrows bridge. I'm here often & enjoy myself every time. You will know why when you get there.

This cache has been reported as being easy but I'm increasing the difficulty level because of the stealth required & the number of DNF's. Other than the fact that this is a bit bigger than a 35mm film canister, that should be enough of a hint for the average cacher.
