001MAN 1K TRIBUTE Traditional Cache

This should be a fairly quick cache as you can park within just feet of the cache. Please do not park on the east side of the road as it is marked "NO PARKING AT ANYTIME" Use stealth as this is a busy area due to state agencies located along this road. The cache is not on state property.
This is my first cache placement in honor of my husband, 001MAN. There is a catch for him though, actually 2 catches for him. HE CANNOT FIND THIS CACHE UNTIL HE REACHES THE FOLLOWING GOALS: 1000 FINDS (which he should have about the time this is approved) AND HE HAS PLACED HIS FIRST CACHE! Hope this will get him to do one finally.
Just want to tell him thanks for the great times that we have had and will continue to have caching together. It has been a lot of fun, frustration, scratching of our heads sometimes but real enjoyable to spend time together. Just as a side note to him though - we gotta go fishing sometime this year!
