One of many abandoned briges in NH.
Route 302 used to go over this bridge spanning the Rocky Branch, but a new bridge was built and the road was rerouted. This bridge was left standing, now serving no useful purpose except a safe place, away from the traffic, to view the river.
This cache is being placed as part of the Whitewall Breakfast Rally Geo-event and will not be active until the morning of the event, May 13, 2006.
Best parking is along the road on the opposite side from the bridge. Be careful crossing Route 302.
