til Forsand, kjør til du ser skiltet "øvre espedal" (det vil bli venstre i krysset) følg riksveg 13 den vegen, du vil se skilt og parkeringsplass fra hovedveien (se bilde), og begynn turen

Lauvvik to Oanes crossing the Høgsfjord. Then cross the Lysefjord over the bridge, and drive to you see the sign "øvre espedal" (it will be a left turn) and drive to you see the sign "Natursti" You will see the parkingplace from the main road. Have a nice trip. You are going to the top :-) 400-440meter over ocean level
