Geocache Description:

The cache is planted on private property, but permission has been granted

My buddy "BUDDY"

Cache & Travel Bug Hotel

This cache is in honor of our little Buddy - the mighty GeoDog!

Since he has endured hill climbs, bushwhacking, mud deeper than he is tall...and even a tick-filled trip to a cache in the woods (and the treatment that followed), we decided to make him a cache of his very own!

This cache is a TB Hotel, but also a traditional cache for those who don't have a TB to exchange.  All we ask is that you don't take a TB unless you leave a TB.   Feel free to exchange any of the other items because the cache has a variety of other stash.

We are starting this cache with (of course) the "My buddy BUDDY" TB.

TB-Buddy's mission is to travel from cache to cache, hopefully visiting other GeoDogs along its travels.  In fact, we would love to receive Pics of those other GeoDogs with this TB!

This cache is on private property, so please be respectful of the land AND its owners!

DO NOT attempt the cache after dark.

Parking is available roadside at the following coordinates:  N 43.23.827 W 087.58.859.

If you find the right parking area, you will see the route to follow.  Don't head blindly to this cache or you will encounter more bushwhacking and mud than you care to experience!  So, stay on the "trail" to get near the cache!

This beautiful area, which long ago was the site of an old state highway, has a mixture of apple trees & lilacs...but also Hawthorns and other thorny thingies!

Terrain can be tricky if not careful (for example, please don't fall into the spring or creek!).  Also, avoid the rocks & old concrete blocks.
