Geocache Description:

What would you do if you were the caretaker of Gilligan's Island? I bet you'd hide some caches wouldn't you? I recently visited another cache ( Something for Everyone, GCV610 ) and from it, I acquired this very place, so here's my attempt to put it to good use.

The S.S. Minnow is of course the ship aground on the shore of this uncharted desert isle. It is hidden well, but in a place that, if not kept covered nicely, may be spotted by landscapers. Please be sure to rehide with this in mind. You can park very close to the cache site and should be able to search uninhibited.

The sloop is an ammo can which contains many summertime/water-fun items for the kiddies to enjoy. Inside you will also find a laminated card which holds the locations of each of the seven stranded castaways.


So...if you want to feel like a hero, go get the Minnow and then search the islands of Chico to rescue the gang.

Go get 'em!
