Geocache Description:

Just a very informal meet and greet to bring together local geocachers.

Memorial Day Weekend - the unofficial start of summer, and of course summer geocaching. It's also time for a geocaching get together.

The weather outside is turning warmer. Time to trade the easy bushwhacking of winter trails and caches for the briars, brambles, and poison ivy of summertime. Spring showers will soon be bringing these in abundance. Join us at Shoney's in Hagerstown on Saturday May 27th at 8:00 AM to swap stories, travel bugs and share in the fun of geocaching and of course good food. It'll be a great time to get re-acquainted, tell some stories, have some laughs and maybe finally meet up with some of those cachers you've been wondering about (Can they really be that crazy in person?).

New cachers are ALWAYS welcome to join in the fun. Whether you have one find or fifteen thousand please feel free to join us.

Feel free to bring some travel bugs that need moving. Coins are always welcome for those who wish to share them. Please leave a note if you plan to attend so we can warn Shoneys of how big of a crowd to expect. Attendees will be responsible for their own breakfast and drink with a full breakfast menu or buffet available.
