In back of the Target/Giant Eagle shopping plaza South of SR 59 in Stow, Oh
I had an email conversation with the Hiking Viking last month about one of his caches that was damaged, and he made referance to working on the problem "on my cache bench". Now this put me to thinking. What sorts of evil things might one expect to find on the HV cache bench? Invisible tape? GPS jamming equipment? Special containers that just melt into the ground when they detect a would be seeker? The mind just reals!
Not having any of that good stuff, I used my ordinary old work bench to create a cache that should be relatively muggle resistant and hopefully fun to find.
The area where the cache is hidden is to some extent behind the shopping area. A small amount of stealth would be prudent.
This one is winter friendly, and wheel chair friendly, heck, you can ride the RTA to the shopping plaza and go caching.
There's no room at all for trade goods. Bring your own pencil.
IMPORTANT! - There are 2 plastic bags in the cache. The little one that's taped down is just the "Geocache Read Me" blurb. If you're looking at this page, you don't need to fool with this. The log is what you want, and it's clearly labeled. If you follow this advice, you'll have a much easier time re-hiding the cache.
Enjoy!
