This is a mall cache, in the vein of
davee-n-cachincarrie's Walk Like An Egyptian at the Pyramid
Mall in Lansing (outside Ithaca),
Peppermill 6-Pack's Mall Rats at the Eastview Mall in Victor,
and
coterm59's Mall Madness II at the Carousel Mall in Syracuse.
This is our version at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City.
To find the location of the cache, go inside the mall and find a
directory of the stores. Each store has a number next to it. Use
the following coordinates, with the appropriate numbers filled
in:

a = Macy's (third digit)
b = Eddie Bauer (first digit)
c = Friendly's (second digit)
d = Sear's (first digit)
e = HSBC (second digit)
f = Bon Ton (second digit)
Obviously, the mall must be open for you to be able to get
inside and find a directory. Mall hours, typically, are 10 AM to 9
PM (Monday-Saturday) and 11 AM to 7 PM (Sunday). For updates,
