Kobberdammen has always been one of my favourite places in bymarka. I started many trips in this area, both summer and winter.
There is a well prepared trail all the way around the lake, where you can bike or even push a stroller. However, you'll have to leave the trail in order to get to the cache. The terrain rating is for the most extreme approach, you can find much easier alternatives. Still, the cache location is not recommended for small children. If you bring your family, you can leave them at the nearby picnic place.
