This is in the Guilderland Service Center of the NYS Thruway (heading east).
The Mass Pike Cache Series is comprised of a number of quick finds along the Massachusetts Turnpike Service Areas, and provides a short break from the drive along the Interstate. The E Series starts at the western end of The Pike and proceeds eastwards; the W Series starts at the Eastern end (from Rt. 128) and proceeds westward. There is one at each Service Center.
OK, this isn't on the Mass Pike, but if you continue heading east,on I90, you'll get there. Since there are not too many caches on the NYS Thruway, I've added this one to the series.
Heading east on this is last service center before you get to the Mass Pike.
This is a magnetic 35mm film canister with just a logsheet.
