Another in my Mt Finlayson series.Only a kilometer from parking as the crow flies but 2/5 of that in elevation change.This is a great place to sit & watch the eagles play in the thermals.Wonderful views of Victoria & the Olympics.Mt Baker too on a clear day!
Camoed lock & lock box hidden under some rocks just off the trail.
If you have children be careful as there are steep drop offs in the area.
There is a parking fee if you park in the lots (you can save this if you park out on the highway shoulder)Also please be stealthy when finding & rehidding in busy times as you will be quite visable if others are around.
If you are going all the way to the top there is some climbing required & people that are afraid of heights may encounter a problem.
Thought a new Jeep to the Island may entice a few people up here !! Also a coin & TB to start off ...Only one per customer please!
