Geocache Description:

Start your hike at the trail head, which is located at N40* 30.649 W080* 05.265. Street parking is plentiful!

The container is a clear, rectangle rubbermaid container with a tan lid.

I came across this trail in Ben Avon. I was suprised how long the trail is. The round trip hike is around 9/10 of a mile. Do not attempt this cache from anywhere but the trailhead. There are no trails leading from any of the surrounding roads. The cache coordinates are an average of three waypoints, but the satellite reception was spotty at best. There are a few spots during your hike that you can stop to get reception and see how far you are to the cache. My accuracy was between 60-70 feet. The cache is hidden where you can obtain reception.

Once you start your hike, you will come to a fork in the road. One way is easier than the other. No hints given on which way to take.

It seems that these trails get a lot of walkers with and without dogs. So if you have a dog, bring him/her along for the hike.

I stocked the cache with a lot of items such as a business card holder, a flashlight I found hiking to another cache a few months ago, a leather travel folio for your tickets, some "jewlery", and some things for the kids.
