Geocache Description:

This cache is in honor of the 614th Tactical Fighter Squadron that was at Torrejon AFB in Spain.

I flew with the 614th TFS from June 1974 until June 1976. We flew F-4C Phantom IIs. This cache contains a partial squadron of toy jet fighters that are willing to deploy anywhere and fly and fight. This cache may be approached from either the east or west side of the ridge. A natural rock wall runs along the top of much of the ridge. The cache is in a red plastic coffee can.
