BigA800: A local geocacher has been asking me to vacate this space for a new series on the boardwalk and nearby. I have no idea when, or if, the boardwalk will be restored. But, he lives in the area and can evaluate regularly.

Geocache Description:

Where does this Boardwalk go? To a Cache of course!

This should be an easy micro. You can't stray too far away from this cache when you are penned in. This walkway rambles through a preserved wetland. In the spring you will hear a choir of frogs. Birds and deer are also plentyful at certain times of the day.

The parking lot closes at dusk and the gate is locked at that time. Muggles shouldn't be a problem, they usually just walk by. After signing the log, please make sure the cache is secured in place again. If you drop the container it won't be fun trying to retrieve it! There is a small pencil placed in the cache but you may want to bring your own just in case.

Please CITO and if you bring your dog PLEASE clean-up after them. There are waste bags at the boardwalk entrance.
