Geocache Description:


This is an area we enjoy hiking in. The terrain is not too rough and the rock formations are fun to climb around on.
The hike will also take you through a wooded & sandy wash.
You will often see rock climbers on the cliffs in this canyon.
You can access this area from the Calico Basin picnic area near the meadows boardwalk or from the Red Rock Canyon Recreation Area ($5 fee)

The cache is a decon container and is about a .65 mile hike from Calico Basin
