Just a simple cache and dash, maybe. Go past the old guardrail and begin your hunt there.
This is another coord I got but if any one has a better one just let us know (41 18.633 081 48.387) Beware of glass around the cache site.
Strongsvile Police stopped by when we were placing this cache and he sees no problem, I even passed the snuff test from the K-9 dog
