You can drive right up to this one. However, I rated this one at 3 because the muggle risk is insane and you may have to search a bit for this cache. Very high foot traffic from 8am to 10pm. So the challenge is to not get caught! I do think it's Ok for handicapped geocachers.
There was, at one time, a statue/sculpture in front of the building. We could not figure out what it was. We were told it was a Gila monster but we were not sure :) There are a lot of good things available at this site so you might want to take a few minutes and investigate what's available to you here.
NOTE: The lizard has been placed out front again so let us know if you think it looks like a lizard or a gila monster!!
