Tinkers Burn Traditional Cache

Established path until the last twenty metres. Can be muddy, so appropriate footwear is required.
THE SPOILER PHOTO ATTACHED TO BIG WOLF'S LOG IS NO LONGER CORRECT. THE CACHE HAD BEEN MOVED FROM IT'S ORIGINAL POSITION SOMEHOW(?), BUT HAS NOW BEEN RETURNED.
This is a short walk on the path of the Dougalston Woodland Walk. The path runs alongside Tinkers Burn.
We parked at N. 55 56.741 W. 004 17.677 where there is space for two cars at a squeeze. This is beside the practice range for Dougalston Golf Club.
The entrance to the Woodland Walk is about 25 metres down the hill.
The cache can be approached from the other end of the path, but it’s not such a scenic route.
The cache is a small plastic rectangular container with a selection of goodies. Don't be scared to open the box if you hear ticking!
