The location of this cache is in the Douglas Conservation Area, a small conservation area right on the side of Manchaug Road in Douglas. Parking is only a small pull off spot next to a log, just past the sign (if your driving north). This cache is pretty family friendly and very quick.
Conservation Coin Collection is a cache created for coin collecting, as you probably pieced together by the name. The idea is to provide a large varity of different types of coins to trade. The cache was originally stocked with a handful of coins and I hope to see it grow. There are a few guidelines that I ask of geocachers to please follow. To make sure the cache does not become cluttered with other objects, only coins, signature items and trackable items should be placed in the container. If you do not have any of these, I ask that you only sign the log. I also request that all visitors planning to trade coins do not leave common, everyday coins to take foreign, old, or rarer coins, as this would defeat the purpose of the cache. Besides these few things, I would also like to say that leaving more coins than you take is very appreciated and that it would be a tremendous help.
