Geocache Description:

In the heart of Thornton Research Park. You're looking for a bison tube: log only, so bring your own pen.

I always thought it was Cummings Research Park, but there it is on the sign at N34 42.786 W86 41.519. Turns out that UAH (University of Alabama in Huntsville) owns this parcel of land, and named it after Mr. Thornton.

Anyway, they're building like crazy in here, with a lot of companies already in operation.

I jog by here once or twice a week, and thought it would be a nice place for a cache. You can park within a few feet of the cache, but be quick because you'll be in the right lane of a four lane road that isn't used very much.

Congrats to Snoop Doggy Dee for FTF!
