A short, rather steep hike to a beautiful sight. The view is the surprise of this cache.
You can park at a small driveway located just past a sign that announces this local attraction. Coords are squirrely due 2 large rock faces that enclose this small "canyon". Use the description rather than the GPS coords.
It's almost to the very top and end of the obvious trail. . . but not quite. Travel up aways to just below the point where two trees lay across the water, roots still clinging to the rock face. You are searching for a skinny ammo container. Cache is hidden a few steps down from the fallen trees, under a large rock beside the trail, well hidden behind smaller rocks.
Not accessible perhaps for small children but a young hiker will enjoy the short trek. Bring a lunch and time to enjoy the moment. One large rock at the lower end is ideal for a reflective break.
