Alien abutment. Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

LavaLizard: When it announced that Anza Borrego Desert State Park would no longer allow geocaches, this cache was disabled in hopes that we could come to an arrangement where some geocaches could remain in the Park. Many years have passed and the situation has not changed and as this cache owner now seems to be inactive, I am archiving this cache.

Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in a unique area of Culp Valley in the Anza Borrego Park. The road is 4x4 with some tricky areas. The cache is not far from the road. This area is a great place to view flowers and rock formations. Now for the rest of the story.

Whilst unraveling the mysteries of the Alien Eye and Alien Fresh Jerky I came across a hidden Intel file that outlined an Alien encounter that took place somewhere in the Anza Borrego desert. Though the file was rather corrupted I managed to find two significant land marks that helped me locate the areas of the encounter.

The rough Intel that I gathered was that two UFO's were spotted landing around the vicinity of Culp valley. Agents were dispatched and a battle ensued. The alien's were pushed up the valley and held off the agents here at the Alien abutment the first landmark.
