the cache is located along highway 49 on the scenic north fork of the yuba river a few miles west of downieville. it is one of a series that i call "the road to downieville."
turn south onto the paved road about 30 yards east of the cache, then immediately pull off on your right and park. you will find the cache at the end of the grassy and pine needle covered lane that is on your right.
