Geocache Description:

Easy flat tarmac walk in middle of Fleet.

A quick 1 mile multi-cache in the heart of Fleet in and around Oakley Park. Easy access from the town centre (about 1/2km away) and a number of other access points that have off road parking. In the park there is a children's play area and the whole area is suitable for the entire family. All paths are tarmac and kid/pushchair friendly. Take a net as there is also a small dipping platform (which you get to visit to solve a clue). From the M3 J4a it is about 10 minutes by car - and on the way you pass both GCMH1W and GCVT2M.

Located in and around Oakley Park in Fleet. All walking is on flat tarmac paths with no need to leave them until the final cache position which is just 10 metres from the track. The trees can obscure the cover so watch the GPS reception at times.

The woodland in Oakley Park covers 1.25 hectares (3 acres) and is extremely diverse in its make up. Evidence can be found of heathland plants and shrubs, semi-ancient woodland, and remnants of a post World War II orchard. Situated within the woods is a pond, rich in aquatic wildlife complete with dipping platform, and the Brookly Stream that runs on as a main feeder to Fleet Pond. Hart Countryside Service manages the woodland in conjunction with The Friends of Oakley Park, a community group made up of local residents. Along with pathways being kept open and the site kept clean, conservation work has been underway for the last 2 years within the woodland. Glades have been restored and created. Small pockets of invasive species, such as cherry laurel and rhododendron, have been removed making the woodland a lot more open and airy. Restoration works have been undertaken on the pond through periodic dredging so ensuring its survival as a pond.

The waypoint above refers to roadside parking down Albany Road adjacent to the park.

The location of the cache can be found by substituting the letters in this code for the numbers revealed by the answers to the clues:

N AB°CD.E(F+1)(G+(Z*2)), W HJK°LM.(N*2)P(C+X+Y)

1.  N51 16.727  W000 50.043 (Stage 1)

Criminal Justice and Police Act PHJZ

2.  N51 16.792  W000 49.972 (Stage 2)

Public Spaces Department on KC2XY ELNMBG

If you look at the snakes head it has the number 20.

Now look at it's tail and see that F = this number.

3.  N51 16.815  W000 50.043 (Stage 3)

Fancy a tipple - It'll cost £A00

4.  N51 16.830  W000.49.959 (Stage 4)

How many metal clamps hold the top rails of the dipping platform ? Answer = D

Now you should have all the information you need to make it to the cache, which is a small 180ml clear container with a log book with room for only very small swaps.
