Left Hand Loop Multi-Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This multi-cache is within Denwood, not far from the Aberdeenshire town of Old Meldrum. The co-ordinates above are for the car-park. Heading North from Old Meldrum, on the Turriff road, after the golf club, there is a small cross-road, turn right, and follow the single track road, until the small car park at the above co-ordinates is reached.
Allow about an hour and a bit for this cache, and enjoy the pleasant walks, and wildlife en-route. The path maybe muddy in parts depending on the time of year, so donโt bother with flip-flops. The cache is in a tupperware style box, and contains all the usual goodies. Watch out for intermittent GPS reception en-route due to tree cover. You will have no problems with reception in the cache vicinity. Now the clues:- Taking the name of the cache, take a left hand turn at each path inter-section, that will take you to the correct rough location. En-route, you will have come through a gate, crossed over a wee burn with a wooden bridge and crossed a boggy area. After finding the cache continue round to the left where you will pass a great picnic table and an added climbing structure for the smaller ones. We would like to thank Woodland Trust Scotland, for giving us permission to place this cache
