Halfway up!
Black Mountain is one of the highest peaks in the northern Santa Cruz mountains; the radio towers on top are visible from much of the valley below. The hike up Black Mountain trail is long and steep in parts, but it's beautiful and a great workout! This cache is about halfway up the trail.
Cache is a medium sized tupperware, behind a bush, under some branches, just off the trail.
(The following is here for historical purposes - it's no longer true! I got this cache fully stocked from the Little Shop of Horrors event. It's a big camo'ed plastic jar, hidden under a bush. FTF and STF prizes are a CCGC Monterey Bay coin and an unactivated California Poppy micro-coin.)
