Second in our Beckwithshaw area "drive-by" series and strategically placed on the B6161 Beckwithshaw/Killinghall Road, en-route to the venue for the North Yorkshire cache meet in June 2006. Easy parking to either side of the cache location. Terrain not as easy going as it looks (well, I fell over anyway).
Pot Bank comes as a surprise on this otherwise straight road, with a steep descent and some very tight bends, it needs to be treated with some care whatever mode of transport you are using.
At the bottom of the hill is Pot Bridge, spanning Oak Beck which flows on down through Birk Crag, which is a continuation of this steep sided valley.
The cache is a traditional zelger "black box" with a selection of quality trade items and geocoins. Tree cover may result in poor coverage for some GPSrs, but this is a regular cache box, and is not covered so should not be difficult to find.
