Geocache Description:

The Cache is in remembrance of Ginger, 1991-2006. Ginger was Lescaut & my basset hound. She accompanied us on many caches and hikes like this one.

This cache can be found, *in part*, accessing it using the Penn State Arboretum part of the Rails to Trails. The Rails to Trails is mushy ground-up gravel and the road part is loose gravel so mountain bikes or walking with your dog are best suited. The cache description is well... using things Deetylong gave me when he left the area.
The theme, since this cache is in memory of Ginger, has quite a few items that Basset Hounds and dogs will like. No cookies though because I don't want bears and raccoons to get this thing. I hope you will exchange dog items and memories too.
A suitable parking place is only .35 miles away as the crow flies.
